I’ve just read Jermain’s last blog entry on his apology. Nevertheless, I think that post is really not necessary, since it is neither dedicated directly to the seniors he had insulted, intentionally or not.

My thought is that if he is sincerely apologetic, he should apologise to the seniors, especially to Andy, personally instead of creating a blog entry that addresses anonymous commenters and seniors in general. Personally as in physically or, if he finds it hard like me, atleast directly via phone or instant messenger. I believe it is, by far, the most sincere form of apology. Note that by that, I don’t doubt his sincerity.

It is common to make mistakes. What determines one’s moral values is whether one has the courage to make up for his mistakes.

It also doesn’t matter anymore if one is truly at fault, or even if anyone is actually at fault, if one is sincere about changing the situation for the better.

Just last year, I had a disagreement with my sectional leader, Melissa. Much resentments were made initially. Nevertheless, I took the first step and apologise to her personally. She, of course, graciously accepted my apology and even apologised to me too. Yes, it’s hard to swallow down my pride and humble myself to apologise but it’s well worth it.

I have done it too. What about you?

My application to Chemical Engineering in Temasek Polytechnic was successful. I feel more settled down with my life now that there’s something, finally, for me to look forward to. Life’s dull staying at home staring into empty spaces everyday.

Well, tomorrow’s alumni practice won’t be as cool as before due to many people, mainly the Meridian JC bunch because of their band camp, not turning up. I do feel kinda left out but I’ll get over it soon.

I believe I will sound horrible tomorrow as I’ve not been practising on my flute.

Anyway, HSCB will be playing “Dancing in The Wind – Kaze No Mai” instead of “AIRS for wind orchestra” for the coming competition. Upon hearing this, I can’t help but to feel worried for them. Frankly speaking, even MJCSB have yet to really master the song. It will be a miracle HSCB will play it well. Who knows? Miracles do happen.

Ok, I lied. The rest of the site won’t be up “soon” enough as I’m still thinking of ways to improve the design.

Well, I did call my ex-boss a few days ago. She was not at her office and, being the usual procrastinating me, I have yet attempted to reach her via other means. Alright, tomorrow shall be the day I call her up again.

So, I’ve been lazing around at home mostly these days. Infact, I’m actually glad Weijie asked me out to watch NUS concert tomorrow. (Hey, if you are organising an activity, going bowling or watching movie or anything like that, invite me ok?)

And, for the sake of people who still do not know, I’ve submitted my withdrawal from college form and applied for full time course “Chemical Engineering” in Temasek Polytechnic. I am tired of having people relating myself, unknowingly, to the college again and again. I couldn’t even bother explaining my status anymore.

As for the reason, obviously something drastic happened that pushed me into that decision. Nevertheless, it’s really not appropriate to share it here and I have yet found the courage to share with anyone else yet. All I ask is for those who are sincerely concerned about me to have faith in me, and my decision, that me going to a Polytechnic will be beneficial.

Forgive me if I had ignored, pretended that I did not hear or crapped my way through comments made relating me to the college. I am truly sick of explaining and I did not wish to lie either.
