Yeah, there goes all my sundays.

I’ve decided to join MWO. It feels good to be playing in Mrs Chua’s band once again. Since it’s my first day there yesterday, I had to sight read the songs. I believe my sight reading had improved a lot since joining MJCSB thanks to Ms Sia.

Anyway, I received a wallet as a belated birthday present from Xinhui. She observed that my wallet had “disintegrated”, that’s how I lost my EZlink card the day before, and she offered to buy me one before going to MWO‘s practice. So very nice of her right?

April 25th, 2006» A visit to TP Band

Yesterday, I went to TP Band for a visit. The band don’t sound good, as expected. Nevertheless, I do feel that the visit is quite an experience. It made me reconsider my opinion about joining the band there.

I’m quite disappointed for there seems to only have armstrong flutes and that the repertoire that night are simple and sight-read friendly.

As for seehua, one of my best friends, who brought my junior and I down, please do not feel appologetic for the band’s playing. We aren’t some snobs who think band that does not play fantastically good aren’t worthy of our time. I know you know me better than that ya? Infact, we are grateful to you for bringing us down.

April 10th, 2006» Pre-Birthday Celebration

Today, I received my first birthday present this year, a treat to Macdonal’s EVM. It’s true that the meal doesn’t cost that much but, like what everyone always says, it’s the thought that counts.

I’m dedicating this section of the entry to this friend of mine, Seehua, for being one of my best friends all these years, 11 years to be exact. She’s the one that never fails to remember my birthday and the one that will lend me her ears when I need to complain. Thank you so much for always being there for me!

Off topic:
I would also like to clarify something regarding the previous blog entry of mine. I do not doubt Jermain’s sincerity in apologising and neither am I discrediting his attempt to make up for the situation.

I suggested a better solution to the matter on his tagboard. He accepted that suggestion, which I’m glad he did, and I’m sure everything will turn out fine.

And, the people in our section live happily ever after…
